Today the Moscow office of one of the largest Chinese law firms DHH hosted a meeting between Dmitry Stasiulis, President of MOES, Head of Litigation and Arbitration Practice of the Diktatura Zakona Bar Association, and Mrs Yuan Yi, Senior Partner of DHH in Moscow.
The participants of the meeting discussed topical issues of harmonisation of international law in the context of Eurasian integration. Mrs Yuan Yi expressed interest in the activities of the Eurasian Bar Association, a permanent platform of the World Forum "New Era - New Ways". The parties decided to continue joint work in this direction, to create new opportunities for Russian and Chinese companies.
Dmitry Stasiulis: "Relations between Russia and China are constantly developing. There is an objective need for new legal instruments, algorithms of interaction for Russian and Chinese companies. We are actively working on the challenges of the new times, together with our colleagues from DHH we will be able to solve them more effectively and in accordance with the changes in the international legal field".
